    Comfortable and fits everyoneI am very pleased with BalanceForm wrist/ankle weights. The material is very comfortable. It is soft and I don t find it to be sweaty. Each weight will wrap around my somewhat small ankles without scratching or irritating my skin. Ive had trouble in the past with ankle weights that just would nit adjust small enough. I ve worn them 5 days a week for nearly a month while working (6 to 8 hours per day). I work a repair/ handyman service so I am always on the move, up & down ladders, under sinks, crawling through attics, etc and they have held up very well. I ve gotten them a little dirty a couple off times and they came clean with just a warm cloth wipe down. While it has only been a month I do feel like my leg strength had improved and I m sure I will be moving up to heavier pair soon. I like these so well I ve decided to order another pair to wear on my wrist (s). I broke it a while back and am still trying to get back to my original strength. I would recommend these with no hesitation and at least as of now they can be purchased (2 lb total) through the Amazon add-on program for under $7. 5My Little Gymnast Loves Them So Far!!!My daughter is 9 and recently made it onto the competition team at her gym. They are required to have 1lb ankle weights for practice. I ordered these after seeing another gymnast mom's review and I'm glad I did. These BalanceFrom ankle weights are just what I was looking for. My daughter has literally been walking around in them since I took them out of the box. They are a great even weight all the way around. The quality of them (fabric, etc.) seems to be great so far. My daughter is fairly thin (about 54 lbs, size 12-1 shoe, so she has a small ankle), and they velcro around her ankle tight enough to not slide around. I will update this review after she gets a few more 9 hour practice weeks in, but so far I feel like the rating and my opinion won't really change much.The only thing I would mark this product down on is the color, because these are not really pink. They are a red color but, I don't care because my daughter loves red!!! I would definitely recommend these weights to anyone looking for some for exercise and gymnastics purposes. I'm probably going to purchase a heavier weighted pair for myself because I'm currently on a weight loss journey. Can't wait to add these in. Thank you BalanceFrom!!! Great product! 5Comfortable and stay in placeI purchased the 3lb weights and they are perfect! They're soft and comfortable on my ankles and they stay in place even after miles of walking. They seem to be durable so far as I've worn them 4 times with no sign of wear on the material. Highly recommend 5Fell apart after first use!My 9 year old daughter used these for conditioning for gymnastics. After the first practice, the filling was falling out everywhere. By the second practice the weights had lost all filling in the top half. I went to return them but the return window was passed. Definitely do not ever buy these. 1Didn t last more than 2 weeks .These ankle weights were OK for the first two weeks, after that they began to develop a hole in the sand started leaking out. I was careful with these I only walked I didn t run, but the Velcro and the metal loop could not withstand the pressure of the sand and a hole developed on both of the ankle weights. By the time I got around to attempting the return process I was out of the 30 day window. I ll consider this a lesson learned. This is for the 5 pound weight, maybe the lower weights are more durable, but I do not think so these never usually last I should have known better. 1Fell apart on first useMy daughter tried to use these for dance team. They put these on their ankles when they work on kick line. A few kicks into practice, and everyone around her got pelted by "sand" inside of these. They ripped open.I chucked them and bought a set at a local sporting goods store and those have held up. 1Comfortable!These are comfortable to use. How they made weight cushiony I don t know, but they did. The weight is well distributed and stays out, the fabric is nice against the skin and they adjust easily. If the circumference of you ankle is less than 8 you won t be able to get them very tight unless over heavy socks or sweats. One reviewer said they fell apart - mine are in great shape but i m not jumping around or doing anything that would cause them to wear out. 5Not meant for advanced trainingThis would be a pretty comfortable ankle weight. But if you use it for any sort of advanced training, I would strongly not recommend. The photos are after day 1 with 1.5hours of use. We had to apply athletic tape to try to keep the insides from falling out all over the place. 1Great for $5!!I ve seen a lot of complaints about these, however I ve not had the same problems. I ride my stationary bike with them, weight lift with them and go for walks with them. I m not doing anything too crazy with them like some other reviewers, and I truly don t think ankle weights are meant for many of the things people complained about were doing. If for some reason my opinion of them changes, I will update this. For the low price of 5 dollars and some change, these are the cheapest ankle weights I ve seen at this weight and color. They arrived very quickly, and no I don t have prime. For size reference I m an adult woman and wear 7.5 in shoes. They are quite clunky, so I don t think they d be a good fit for women much smaller than me or teenagers just for that reason alone, not that they couldn t physically wear them. I would definitely recommend them for their intended use. 5Super comfy and great to shed that thigh weight.I purchased these to give a little more burn to my leg workout. I recently gained a lot of weight due to a new medication, and I keep all my weight in my inner thighs. I added these into my leg workout a week ago and I've already lost 5lbs! They're super comfortable with soft athletic-type fabric, and they're the perfect weight to give a little bit more burn without turning your excercise into strength-training only. Highly recommend if you're looking for a little extra boost to your regime! 5
