Nepal Army Official Issue: The khukuri (Kukri) is traditionally carried either in war or in civil life. Very effective when used as the kukri, it is a symbolic kukri of the Nepal Army, and of all regiments throughout the world. Signifying the courage and valor of the bearer on the battlefield. It is a part of the regimental weaponry and heraldry of the Nepalese Rifled. The blade is made of Highly Graded Carbon with a balanced temper on the edge of the blade therefore it's very strong. Besides carrying the knife in wartime, this blade can be used to chop wood or bone cleaning bushes. This is also called Standard Issued in Units as they have few other Army kukris issued on special occasions or during training.
