12/24H Real-time clock:format [HH:MM:SS], press [7] for clock mode, press[Edit] to enter current time, then press[Enter] to save and start, press button [4] to convert 12/24 hour formats.
Countdown/up:format [HH:MM:SS], press [Timer 1] DOWN arrow for countdown mode, press [Edit] to fill in with wanted time, press [Enter] to save, press [Start] to begin, press [setup] to cease if needed. Press [reset] to restart. For count-up, press [Timer1] UP arrow firstly, and then follow the same.
Stopwatch: format [HH:MM:SS], press [Timer 2] DOWN arrow for stopwatch countdown mode, press [Edit] to fill in with wanted time to begin, press [Enter] to save, press [Start] to begin, press [setup] to cease if needed. It can be stopped & restart at anytime. Press [reset] to restart. For count-up, press [Timer 2] UP arrow firstly, and then follow the same.
