Great Watch!Just received my new Invicta 9204!! I absolutely Love it!! Hope i have none of the issues the one star folks wrote. I'll tell ya what, it sure is the nicest watch I ever had! And for 50 bucks! Well enough said! I did purcase the 4 yr warranty for $6.99. Seemed like a no brainer to me. Anyway, it sure is a beauty!! I do however agree with most posts. My watch DOES NOT HAVE A SCREW DOWN CROWN! ASit was advertised. I will however keep it for now. Hoping there are no water issues, since i am not a diver 5Does not have a screw down crown and works fine in waterInexpensive diver. I would say about 95 percent of buyers don't even get it wet (except shower) I think it could survive a pool dip with no problem. Not a screw down crown but does not say water will get into movement. I have had Casio G Shock that does not have a screw down crown and works fine in water..The watch looks expensive but it does not look fake, Warranty is a joke for a 38.00 watch. They want you to send $26 dollars to Invicta for any in warranty repairs (LOL), I Have a cheap Seiko auto ($52.00) that quit during warranty. All I payed was shipping to Seiko. If this thing lasts for a few years you got your money back. Another thought is you mat want to take the Amazon extended warranty....... or play the odds. 4Big disappointmentThis watch was fine at first, but within 3 weeks the time/date adjustment pin would no longer remain 'tight' when pushed in to its 'closed' position. Better quality watches screw-down to the 'closed' position. By week 4 the pin would pop up open with the slightest brush against my wrist and then the watch stops. Poor quality control / cheap materials. Come on, are these real Invictas? 1Perfect for my needs.I needed a watch that would be water resistant in order to spend time in the water as well as have a low enough profile (37.5 MM) that I could wear it with a buttoned shirt, and look good while doing so. This watch satisfied all of those needs. To add to the review, I love how easily the watch glows in the dark. I can see the hands and the hour markers easily. The unidirectional bezel function allows me to elapse time perfectly - whether I am underwater, or in the kitchen timing an egg. I highly recommend this watch to anyone seeking satisfaction while doing so economically. 5Not bad for $60, but not great either.Heavy and large. The crown is very big so if you wear it on your left wrist it's gonna be a little uncomfortable. Also, it's not a threaded crown so it pops out on occasion and you find out the time is off. The clasp's safety latch is very difficult to open and I've had to "pry" it open a few times. 3It's an InvictaNot a bad submariner homage for the price. That being said some Casio's in the same price range have better water resistance and quality control. Be advised the is only a 100m watch despite what the dial says it has no screw down crown! I also wish they would have put a nicer quartz movement in this watch. It has a cheap hattori pc32 movement consisting of mostly plastic components. The main issue it the second hand has play in it and does not always line up with the chapter markings. That being said it does still keep good time. But I would have paid a little more for it if they put a decent quartz movement in it , such as a Miyota. Now the positive it's a nice looking watch with the deep cobalt blue dial, the cyclops over the date is actually pretty decent, it's all stainless steel and the lume is a lot better than I expected. Bracelet is kind of small for me so I swapped it. But the quality was solid. The bezel isn't bad but takes some breaking in for it to turn easily. Not bad for the price if you want a sub homage for $50!if your looking to spend more check into the Steinhart ocean 1 $400-$500 Swiss automatic sub homage watch ,I may eventually buy one. 4Nice design, but a wee bit tiny.Accurate, easy to read. I love the design, but it is a bit small for me at only 38mm. I am going to replace it with the 9094OB at some point (I also prefer automatics). The bezel is tough to adjust and I hope that the different design of the 9094OB (opposed to the 9094, which is like this one) will make it easier to turn.The watch band gets gunk between the links - much more than my other watches with similar bands. I don t know if that s lubricant between the links or a reaction between the specific metal and my skin, but it needs to be cleaned often. The clasp also scuffs very easily.Also note that it is BLUE, not violet as the first photo can make it seem. I actually bought it thinking it was a violet face and was initially disappointed, but I do love the blue as well after getting over the fact that it wasn t what I thought. See the other photos or similar watches by Invicta which are clearly blue. 3Great deal on a quality watch for a great price.This is a great watch for very little money. It has all the characteristics of a much more expensive watch for less than the cost of a Timex. The link bracelet has solid, pinned links and clasp with a double safety latch. The movement is a Miyota Japanese quartz movement. The crystal has a magnifier window over the date for easy reading. The packaging is fantastic. The watch keeps perfect time and has given me no problems of any kind, whatsoever. I will be buying more of this brand in the future. 5After Seven Months, There is Moisture in An Invicta That is Supposed to Be WaterproofInvicta seems to be a popular brand, and this is my second one. With the first one, the hands clenched together after about a couple of years. I forgave that. This time, this one accumulated water inside and continues to do so, although I do not even swim or have not swam in a while. The watch is attractive and is enticing, the timing is good. But I declare that I have lost interest in the Invicta brand, Get away from Invicta. I wasted my 50 or so dollars! I will toss this one away as soon as I receive a new watch that I ordered. I believe that the world is so much into mass-production and profits, that quality manufacturing has declined! 2Beware of the size picture will fool you my thumb covers the entire glass and I'm not a big guy I'm 5 7 and this thing lookslittI've been waiting all week in anticipation with this watch showing up at my house and when I open the package I was so disappointed for one it was tossed around like a rag doll in the Box the crystal is chipped the band is scratched to hell and as I was letting it sit here in the Box I noticed the glass was fogging up what in the world is going on? And on top of it this size it looks like a little baby dolls watch seriously they should be calling kids watch not a man's watch or men's I have a small Invicta that I believe was small compared to all the other Invictas that I have seen and I believe it's appropriate size and I was assuming and by how it was worded on here that this was basically the same watch besides mine was a chronograph and that has more dials and obviously a bezel but so does this and this looks like a child's watch don't get me wrong for what it is in the price it was it's a nice watch but nothing like what I was expecting just in comparison sites like the average size Rolex watch the body of that the frame and band size and I'm talking strictly a basic Rolex I'm only saying that for comparison that this would make this watch look like a child's watch next to it or even a Seiko or Timex anything of that nature of that style this is supposed to be a diver's watch not a snorkelers watch I am very disappointed all I did was open the box to have to dig it out of the bottom from being Shuffle around through shipping I should have done a video on opening it and I will be doing that from now on I can't believe the condition of this watch the one I'm wearing which is used and I wear on a day-to-day basis has less scratches on it than this one I just bought from Amazon and the inside has moisture in it how is that when it's a Diver's watch? I'm trying to get a return I'll tell you that I'm not even going to waste my time or be laughed at by how small this thing is and I'm not a big guy but this is a small watch 2
