The Jones Sports outfield safety fences are made in the U.S.A. and perfect for all levels of play! Flexible posts offer excellent injury protection because they flex and absorb impact 360 degrees and distribute pressure evenly preventing damage and breakage. Made from high performance materials that are weather resistant and UV protected to offer many years of trouble free use. Durable enough for the most demanding tournaments, yet economical for those on a tight budget. Attractive, easy to set up, portable design will be a home run for any program! The netting is an attractive 4' x 150' Orange HDPE knotted net with 1" squares to allow wind flow. This net is fray resistant and can be cut to the desired length. SMART-POST is one of the safest fence posts available! Measures 5' L x 1-1/4" diameter. Each post includes a safety top cap and adjustable gripper clip to secure the fencing. SMART-POST Ground Sleeves are used for temporary installation. Ideal if fencing needs to be removed often, and makes it very easy to mow; pull it up, throw it to the side, mow where it was, and put it right back up in just a few minutes. Each ground sleeve measures 12" and includes a debris plug. INSTALLATION TIPS: The end posts will tend to pull in some because of their flexibility. Angle them out slightly when installing. If you want them to be more stiff, you can cut a 10' piece of 1/2" electrical conduit in half and insert them in the 2 end poles. They should fit right in. Stake the net down if the net is being installed in a very windy area. Use an auger bit in a cordless drill, a 6' bar, or the included piece of pipe to make a pilot hole before tapping in the ground sleeve. KIT INCLUDES: 150 Orange Knotted Net Fence with yellow anti-sag rope sewn in, 16 flex-posts (1 post for every 10), 16 safety caps, 16 gripper clips, 16 ground sleeves, 16 yellow ground sleeve plugs, 1 ground sleeve installation tool, and 1 steel pilot hole tool.
