Customer Reviews

Don't botherSeemed counterfeit. Just got the exact jeans directly from Lucky. When this pair from Amazon arrived, nothing matched. Different color seaming, different rivets, different color jeans, different tag (how to paper tag, the one from Lucky had a cloth tag). These also had an inspection sticker from China that the ones from Lucky did not have. I returned them.1These were made for curvy girls.I love these jeans. I'm 5'7', 145 lbs with a 28 inch waist (at navel) and almost 40 inch hips. The size 26 fit perfectly (fits like a size 2/4) with some stretch. The color is a nice medium blue (not too dark, not too light). The amazon photo is a good representation of the color.5Not the same jeans as you get from Lucky.comI recently purchased a pair of jeans from Lucky.com, I loved them so much, comfy, soft fabric, but not the price. So I looked on Amazon. Found what looked to be exact style, purchased two pairs, when they come they fit so much tighter, and the fabric isn't a soft denim as the original pair. I start looking at all of the tags and labels on the jeans, everything is identical, make, model, everything, except, the original jeans purchased directly from Lucky were made in Mexico, and the ones from Amazon were made in Indonesia. I'm sending both pairs back and purchasing authentically Lucky jeans directly from Lucky.com2Decent fake Lucky jeans for $38This is an edit to previous 2 star review, now I am bumping these jeans up from 2 to 4 stars. Previously stated "The "Lucky brand" jeans I just received are knockoffs. In the photographs I attached here, look at the back label, and look at the front button. The top pictured in the photos are the ones I just received from Amazon; the bottom are the jeans I purchased directly from Lucky brand (same exact style, 'Sweet and Straight') . While the material and fit seem similar, and because I am not a hard core "label snob" except where quality counts (and in jeans it does), for $38 not sure if I'll keep them or not. But honey, they are not authentic Lucky brand jeans." Okay, so I wore them. The verdict is - they're fine for $38. Might be knockoffs, but the fit, they way they wear, etc. is rather indistinguishable from the Lucky" brand". That silly fake orange label, though, hahaha! For $38, gonna keep them. Wouldn't pay more than that. Decent jeans.4Not real lucky jeansNot real luckys!!! I only wear luckys. Have 8 pair of sweet n straight and these are NOT them. The fit well, look ok, but feel more like stretch pants then jeans. Note attached pics of labels. Bottom label is what all other 8 pair look like. top label is from these knockoffs being sold as lucky sweet n straight. Oops... I meant sweat straight (no n or trademark).2Ridiculously comfortable jeansI have another pair of Lucky Brand jeans, which I love, but which have holes in the knees and so I don't wear them for business anymore. I also have a pair of jean shorts. Lucky sizes run very generous... my dress size right now due to weight gain is 10-12, but I can fit in the size 8 (29) for their non-stretchy jeans and 6 for their stretchy ones. I wanted these to be comfy and so I did order size 31, which fits very loosely for me (currently I'm 5'10" and about 185 lbs, my traditional weight is more like 160). Anyways, these are very soft, ridiculously comfy jeans. They sit about 1-1.5" below the belly button. The only negative I have about them is that they are very straight legged - I would have liked a little more taper - I knew they were straight leg, but they're just a little too wide at the bottom. I'm tall and yet the 32" inseam is not too too short (it's not tall enough to wear with heels but it works for wearing with boots with a cuff, in the winter, or with casual shoes).4Finally jeans that fit and are comfortable too!I thought I would never find jeans that fit, until I tried these. I am average sized, a little short, with a larger backside (5'4" ~130 lbs). I usually am between a 4 and 6 in pants, with the 6 being too loose and the 4 a little tight. In these jeans, the 27/4 ankle length fits me perfectly. The material is soft and a little stretchy, not stiff like some other jeans, but not like leggings either. The waist is not too high but not too low either, it is just right. These are so comfortable for being jeans, that you forget you're wearing jeans. I would say the ankle length is more like a 31 inseam instead of 30 as advertised. They are just a tad too long for me to wear with flats at 5'4". Other than that, they fit very well. The color and style is very versatile, they look and feel like they have already been broken in when you first try them on. Just a warning, the material is stretchy, so if you are between sizes, definitely order a size down. They do stretch out a little after wearing, so if you want a more fitted look, you might want to go another size down. I could probably get away with a 26/2 in these as they are stretchy, but I prefer the more comfortable fit of the 27/4. I would defintiely recommend these jeans, they are versatile and super comfortable.5Poor Sizing. Beware!I am 5'4" and 118 pounds. First, I ordered a size 4 (even though normally I am a size 2) because the waist measurements on the size chart directed me to. I have a 27in waist. However, the jeans were large enough that I could slip them on and off without undoing to fly, and they were the longest 32in inseam I have ever had! So, I exchanged them for a size 2 (26in waist) with a 30in inseam. They are still too big. I have to wear a belt with them, which isn't what I wanted, and the jeans touch the floor.I am curious to know if a 25in waist would fit me, but my point is that I am certain I am actually a 27in waist, so the sizing chart is all wrong. Be prepared to send a few pairs back before you get the right fit.2Way to stretchyI ve worn Luckies for many years but this last pair is almost unwearable. They have added so much stretch filler to the denim that within 10 minutes of putting them on they are practically falling off. Can t return them because the first thing you do is wash them to shrink. But with all that poly in them they no longer shrink. Totally disappointed. Now I have to try and find a new brand.3No Tags or LabelsI think that this pair of jeans were returned prior to me receiving them. I say this because there were no attached tags or labels. I buy Lucky Brand Jeans regularly via Amazon. There are always tags and labels that I need to remove when I take them out of the package. Not this time. My first inclination was to think....'oh this is a bit creepy'. However, there was no other indication that the jeans were worn. They were fine, so I kept them. They'll be laundered before I wear the, so all hints of 'creepiness' will be washed away. I think that I should have been informed that the jeans were returned and shipped to me after being returned. Am I entitled to a discount because this little detail was overlooked? Thanks. Linda3
