Stainless Steel 3 3/4" Dee with Stainless Steel Snaffle (MB 09) Copper Inlay Mouth. About the mouthpiece: the 09 mouthpiece is a more comfortable Myler version of the traditional single-jointed mouthpiece. Although it lacks the benets of a true Myler mouthpiece, it has the distinctive curve so the bars of the bit wrap the horses bar and lips instead of pinching. The curve also creates more space for the horses tongue under the bit. The 09 does not oer the Independent Side Movement of a true Myler mouthpiece. The 07 is the 09 mouthpiece with a twist. The 07I is the 09 twist in sweet iron. The 09 is popular with riders who are more comfortable with a traditional design, but we recommend the 01, 02, or 03 to get the full benet of Myler features at the same Level.
