    Absolutely yes!I workout 5 days a week and constantly have sore muscles. I needed something to get into certain areas of my muscles better than what a foam roller can offer. This definitely did the trick!Most of my house is covered in carpet so being able to use this with such a flooring was a necessity! It's big enough to get the job done, but small enough to still hit those target muscles!The little nub's for the texture seem to make a difference. I'm able to dig in to my back muscles just as easily as my leg muscles. (Bonus for being able to balance well enough to get those glutes too!!)I highly recommend this product. It will definitely get the job done if you are an active person looking to get some muscle tightness relief! 5Life Saver for Periformis SyndromeI suffer from a terrible back. About once or twice a year, I suffer from Periformis Syndrome that usually confines me to bed rest. I've been using smaller lacrosse balls to TRY to alleviate the pain. They work ok, but lacrosse balls are a bit too small and smooth. I've had the Pro-Tec Orb for a week and absolutely LOVE it. It's phenomenal for getting into very tight spots (better than any foam roller). It comes with an instruction sheet that guides you through the various exercises for relieving most leg and back pain. It's very easy to throw in your gym bag, messenger bags, suitcase, etc....Great for traveling, as well! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone that's looking for another tool to ease muscle strain and pain. 5I do love this massage ballI do love this massage ball. It is lightweight with a textured surface allowing it to provide some grip between body and wall when using it on my shoulder/neck area. I had not been able to successfully access my shoulders with a floor roller or a tennis ball against the wall. My Orb ball is made of two half permanently attached into a complete ball -- it has held together with no signs of coming in two for several weeks of daily use. I use it on the floor to reach hip flexors and against the wall for back, hip, shoulder. A great addition to my other rollers, hand tools, and devices for deep tissue work. 5I am honestly extremely disappointed because i had high expectations for this productMine ripped in half after about 2 weeks of using. I was rolling on it and it literally made a popping noise and the ball just ripped in half. I have wrapped it with tape and even then the orb shape doesnt not hold. I am honestly extremely disappointed because i had high expectations for this product. 1It's the perfect size for travel and the only thing I'd change ...This is my second purchase of this item as I accidentally left one in a hotel room in Belgium. It's the perfect size for travel and the only thing I'd change is to make it a brighter - maybe neon - color so it is less easy to miss when packing in what are always dimly lit hotel rooms. Great for all sorts of foam rolling. I especially like it for hips and calves. 5So so happy I got thisSo so happy I got this! I have shoulder and neck pain, and have been getting physical therapy for it. My physical therapist recommended I purchased this so that I can continue to do my exercises at home. Prior to my exercises, I use a heat pad to loosen things up, and then go in with this orb along the neck and shoulder blades. This thing really gets in there! I'm impressed and surprised at how this simple shape and do so much. The orb has a solid firmness to it, and the pebbles surface helps prevent slipping. it's like foam rolling for your neck lol Great to tool to have in your arsenal! 5Not for all body use. Maybe just for legs/armsThis ball cracked on halfs when I was rolling my uper back on it 1I don't like itIt may very well work for others, but I find it to be too large and combined with the hardness to just be uncomfortable. The knobs are shallow, so nothing about it really gives my feet any relief. Others may have found use for it, but sadly I did not. 1Works good on low backsI purchased this after a friend told me about it. I tried it on my upper right side on a huge spasm I have had over a year due to a torn rotator cuff. It was very painful and afterwords it hurt to breathe for a few days. I gave it another try in my lower back and it felt incredible. No pain afterwards and I felt pain as I put my body weight on it but that good kind of pain. So I came to the conclusion that I need to leave my shoulder and that area alone until after surgery and not blame the orb lol. I definately recommend this for lower back pain. 5So much relief.A little bit of background: injured my back in September. Been through PT, massages, chiropractor visits, etc. I am a runner and stretch and foam roll but it wasn t until I saw a fellow runner post about using something like this did it prompt me to do some research. Foam roller is too awkward to target my glutes and hips which is now where I m feeling residual compensatory pain from my back injury. But the Orb ball...so much relief. I ve used it every day for my glutes, hips and hammies. My pain is significantly less and my range of motion at my lower back is much improved. I no longer feel locked at my hips. Great investment. 5
