PERFECTI bought it for my trip abroad to keep my money and ID safe, but now I use it all the time- bike rides, music festivals, to the gym... This wallet is exactly what a girl who wears yoga pants needs. Go ahead, do a handstand. This baby ain't going no where.One thing: I notice that within 10 minutes of wearing it, cramp-like symptoms would come to the area just behind the four strong magnets. I say cramps because that's the best word I have for it. It kinda feels like my insides about 2" deep are being pulled in one direction, in a slightly uncomfortable way. If I switched sides (left, right, front back) so would the symptom. This has happened every time, every day I wear the wallet. When I take it off, the feeling goes away within 5 minutes. I now wear it clipped to my bra strap and I don't feel the same pain.Of course, magnet therapy isn't a proven thing so who knows, maybe it's psychosomatic. But I figure other people should at least know my experience, so they don't feel like a weirdo for having symptoms, too.Regardless, the product is designed well. Fast shipping and it's exactly as described.I'm gonna keep using it, just not on my waistband. 5Bought a back up in case I misplace my original one againThis is my second running buddy in the same size. I thought I lost my original one and frantically searched for it because it's perfect for taking my iPod shuffle while going on long walks with my dog. It clips securely to the waistband of my compression shorts with the magnets, and I can run my earphone cord up under my shirt and to my ears. It stays in place, never bounces around, never opens by itself or interferes with my iPod settings while I jog, walk, bend, etc. I've tried the larger size but it's too bulky around my waist, especially if filled with something heavy like a large smartphone - use a Flip Belt for that instead.5Love it- I don't run, but I do show dogs!I don't run, anywhere, at any time. But I do show dogs and a lot of my suits do not have pockets in the jackets. I don't like using the "solution" to either tuck chicken or liver(cooked) under the rubber band on my number (over the sleeve of my jacket which is dry clean only) or the least preferred, tucking it under my left bra strap-hardly professional.This is the best that I have found- I just slip it over the waist band of my skirt and leave the velcro top open when lined up outside the ring-perfect!! It is easily cleaned at night with soap or dish detergent rinse and it dries in no time, ready for the next morning. It keeps my suit clean, which is the best part, and my bait is easily accessible, without the unprofessional fumbling or greasy clothing stains used by some other handlers. I even use this instead of available jacket pockets, much cleaner, less distraction, and as we saw in televised showing- your dog does not try to chew a hole in your pocket as you are going around the ring!!Edit: I am buying a replacement, already. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE this pouch, it works great for holding bait in the ring. the only reason that I have to replace the first one is that my daughter's Dobie decided that there must be chicken in there despite me washing it nightly, I must have left a crumb of detergent soaked chicken in one corner. He found that smell and decided that he would just eat through the corner -> -> a big ol' hole in the pouch :( I think I might order a pink one this time. 5Great for Ironman races!I can't say enough about this product - this is a fantastic idea that someone did the perfect job designing. When my wife and I are out on long training runs, we have our hydration packs to carry our keys and gels and electrolyte pills, but when it's race day, you want to be as light as possible (plus most races have enough aid stations to take care of your in-race hydration). But you still need a way to carry the small stuff.We recently used these for the run portion of an Ironman race, I used this smaller size, and my wife used the wider one. The wider one is exactly the same height and thickness, but double the length. This smaller size is perfect for stuffing salt pills and 3 gels, with enough room that I could have put my car key in there as well (I kept that in my repair kit on the bike instead). The back flap has two magnets in the bottom corners, and they snap in place and hold well throughout the race. I wore mine tucked in the back of my tri-short, and my wife attached hers to her bib belt. Both scenarios worked out great. Small enough to be inconspicuous while running, but just big enough for needed items. I was able to just reach back and pull the bag off, get what I needed, then re-attach it on the fly without problems. The larger size is big enough for most smart phones (can't use those in Ironman races, so wasn't a factor for us), and you never have to worry about anything falling out, as the front flap velcros shut very snug.Highly recommend this over any of the flip belts and other gadgets out there. So glad we found this product. 5Best thing I've found for my insulin pump!This is the most wonderful thing I've been able to find to hold my insulin pump. Not all my clothes have pockets and I've tried numerous things like sewing pockets onto tank tops to wear under shirts and making a belt with a pocket sewn on and nothing has worked well. The magnet is strong enough to hold it in place on whatever I wear without weighing it down. I feel so much more free. I got the mini size and it holds my Medtronic insulin pump perfect. It's like it was made specifically for it! I also don't have to freak out as much if it starts to rain because the pouch is water resistant. Obviously I can't get it drenched but it would protect my pump enough in the rain etc. I seriously can't praise this product enough! 5Great Dog Treat BagThis works great. I was trying to find something I could keep dog treats in that was easily accessible to praise my dog's good behavior while hiking. I tried a few bags that I would attach to the leash but I could never find the right one that could be both accessible and would not spill treats during quick movements of my body.This bag is very lite weight. It attaches on all of the shorts I have worn with it and even holds strong through jeans. The Velcro holds well So the treats do not fall out during movements but opens easily and quickly so I can praise or distract my dog.The only negative thing is that it is slim and deep so if you have very large hands, it could be difficult to fit your hand into and get treats from the very bottom. I would recommend if that may be an issue for you is to just keep the bag full so you never have to be reaching for the bottom. The large magnet keeps it in place in a comfortable place for you.It comes in colors, and after searching for something like this for over a year, I found this.If you, or you know some one wears a Medical Alert device share this with them. Or consider it for yourself if you want to wear it but dislike the options. 5Great Minimalist Wallet CompanionUpdate: Lasted one year before the stitching came loose and the magnet popped out. Been using it daily and on the side of my hip as oppose to front and back. Also own the XL which I also use daily. I clip those on the back of my pants and still in excellent condition.I personally use this in-conjunction with my minimalist wallet as my wallet tend to only hold cash and cards well. Great for when i get spare change (from cash transactions) and a good place to put my spare car/home key (in case I lock myself out of my car/home). Other times I use this is when I need to do quick grocery shopping and/or fast food run in the middle of the night, still in my sweatpants and don't want anything slipping out of my pant pocket (put credit card, cash and driver's license in running buddy) when getting in-and-out of the car.Very good tight fit. No belt required. Conforms to the side of your hip really well and feels like an extension to your pants instead of an add-on.It's held together by strong magnets, and does not move or bounce around at all. Most of the time, you don't even realize it's there unless you make a conscious effort to do so.Outer material is made of the same material as the air-flow back padding in most high end backpacks and is super breathable.It's able to fit a flip phone (if you still own one of those). In terms of a 5inch phone; it does fit with normal to slim case, but note that you can't close the velcro opening flap and it might be a tight fit. If you use a modern smart phone I'd opt for the regular size or XL side running buddy. Just note that with those, you have to clip on the running buddy in front of waist instead of the side, which may look a bit awkward in public if you're not jogging or doing a physical activity.Overall very happy with this product and been using it daily. Things I wish they would change is make the company logo more subtle, and maybe add an extra inner pocket/divider in the mini version of the running buddy. 4Great for Flying!This little pouch is great! It allows me to carry small items I need with security even while running or wearing yoga pants. If you are or you know anyone with Type 1 Diabetes, there are so many uses for this. I wear this pouch attached to my comfy yoga pants while flying internationally and it fits my Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) receiver in it so I can always get to it without having to wear it around my neck and accidentally swing it into things. The larger size Buddy Pouch can also fit my Personal Diabetes Manager (PDM), some eye drops, and Chap Stick so I have everything I need on a long flight right there on my pants band and don't have to continuously bend over and rifle through my carry-on under my seat. The company is great too; they have excellent customer service!5the best pouch for runningI have had my Running Buddy for several years. I tried a competitor's pouch but it just was not the same quality. I have a iPhone 6 with a thin Otter box cover. Although it does not cover the phone completely, it fits very snug and the phone has no risk for falling out. I prefer the phone sticking out of the pouch since I frequently take out my phone while running to either look at my running app or to change the songs on my playlist. The magnet closure is very secure once aligned properly. I've used this for long distance runs, and you forget it's even there. I am able to fold the flap under the phone and inside the pouch where I can also fit my key fob and credit card securely. It withstands sweat, rain, and the sturdy material which does not rub or create skin abrasions has not broken down in past several years of extensive use. This was my solution since I did not want to wear a heavy running belt but needed to carry my phone somehow and for my preferred hands-free runs. I have a second pouch where I keep my sports gels, and salts. I do suggest you have a secure belt line with the shorts or pants you wear, otherwise the pouch just from the shear size of the large iPhone phone will bounce and drop. I usually have a tie belt with my pants or shorts, or wear stretchable running capris, so this is usually not a problem for me. 5Ready to dump the running belt? We may have a winner for phone-free useTop Line: Compact yet surprisingly roomy pouch that stays "locked in" on runs, no matter the paceGood: Purchased the Running Buddy to carry incidentals on long training runs / races. Think GUs, salt tabs, chapstick, cash, ID, car key (not the jailer's ring of keys, just a single one). I was tired of using a belt that chafes the waste for 26 miles just for a few small but critical race items. Size is just about perfect (see $1 picture of completely unfolded size; profile is halved when worn). Anything that fits in the palm of your hand or smaller will fit here. Fabric is slightly stretchy and very accommodating, and will easily grow in thickness to fit a handful of small items if you need to stuff it. Dry fit materials, dries quickly and doesn't stink too bad through multiple runs (hand wash once a week for long, happy life). How do the magnets hold? Like the Incredible Hulk. This sucker is not moving once you get it locked on, unless whatever you've attached it to moves. Easily slides over your waistband, and backside is quite smooth and comfortable against your skin. I prefer to wear a pair of compression shorts in between my skin and the Buddy, but it seems comfy enough to wear "commando".Bad: The downside to the magnets being strong is that the magnets are REALLY STRONG! Adjusting on the run can be a challenge without stopping or at least slowing down (not ideal when racing). Thankfully, it stays where you put it, so adjustments are usually necessary. Minor: Items will bounce a bit if the pouch is underfilled. So if you're carrying a small ring of keys or box of TicTacs, expect a little distraction on your run. Also, if your carrying a lot of weight in it and the shorts/pants you've attached it to are loose, expect a lot of bouncing.Other: Do not buy this to carry your phone in. I repeat, NOT FOR PHONES. It can fit a semi-compact mp3 player, but no modern smartphone will find a home here (attached image is of an iPhone 7, about 30% still protruding). Upgrade to the XL model for phones. 5My running buddy is my buddy!I went with the mini and I have an iPhone. It doesn't quite fit but I don't mind at all. I can close it over the phone snugly or I just fold the flap behind the phone. I heard the regular running buddy has a separate little pouch for keys and that would be a useful feature on the mini too, but I don't mind tying my key around my shoelaces so it's not a big deal. I love the freedom of the running buddy with my wireless earbuds and really enjoy not having an armband. This thing really does stay in place which is awesome.5From Auvi-q to Relay - this thing is useful!I had originally gotten this to carry my Auvi-q when I go purseless which isn't a ton, but it's nice to have. We just got my son a Relay (https://www.amazon.com/Relay-Screenless-Smartphone-Nationwide-Blueberry/dp/B07HPG7X7W/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?keywords=relay&qid=1561057467&s=gateway&sr=8-1-spons&th=1) and it fits perfectly in this pouch and clips to all his shorts/pants that either doesn't have pockets big or secure enough. 5
