Attaches directly to the pedestal guard, no other mounting hardware is needed and NO drilling. Versatile Mounting System includes UniClamp that fits a wide range of tubing diameters from 3/4" to 1 3/8" and adjusts for 9.5, 12 and 12.5 center to center spacing on the pedestal guard. Use #2 Phillips screwdriver to attach unit.
