    Poor productTeva used to make quality products and I have had pairs of their sandals in the past that lasted for years. This pair however lasted less than two months before the straps began to pull out from the base of the shoe. It's not like they were put under high demand, simply walking around in the yard. In the past this is been a product that I trusted and felt confident to take on the road. Very poor quality of workmanship and product support.1Looks Great - Flawed Front Strap DesignThese are poorly designed. The front strap has a heavy vinyl strip adjacent to the Velcro portion. Is is thick to keep the Velcro away from your skin. The edges are squared to a point. After about an hour hiking in them, the edge broke though the skin on both feet about an inch and a half behind the big toe. With very light use, they may be OK. I planned to use them for heavier use as I have past Tevas. I didn t get a chance to do that for about 2 months after purchase. Unfortunately, Amazon has a 30 day return policy, so they go into the trash can.Took a photo of the matching sores on my feet, but decided no one really wanted to see a photo of my feet.1Almost my favoriteAlmost as comfortable as Khombu Mens Nate Velcro Comfort whose straps over the foot were a little bit more comfortable to me.These Teva Langdon are far superior to the following which have very uncomfortable straps:Columbia Techsun VentNorthside Riverside IIiLoveSIA4Teva might not be the best sandal so watch out!The design seems careless. Toe strap is based on foot thickness being flat; it isn't so strap rear edge bites the foot. Strap padding doesn't cover the entire strap and padding termination includes double stitching and a fabric fold and is straight across the strap width. It embosses the foot big time on the ankle strap. Heel strap has a padding that has a flap above the strap that is low modulus so folds inward when you put on the sandle every time.When I looked up sandals on Amazon I specified TEVA since that is the best per all advisors. It would have been really rough if I had received a second best-----2but I feel like Teva's quality has gone down over the yearsOk, but I feel like Teva's quality has gone down over the years. I have been buying Teva for over 20 years now, and I now have 2 pair of Teva where the tops separated from the soles due to lousy glue. This pair hasn't done that yet, but I expect it to. Also, the upper foot straps have small pieces of material over the straps so the straps don't rub. But this material should cover the complete strap, not just small sections as the ends tend to rub. I have another pair just like this that I hate. I thought this strap was one piece. I tried writing to Teva, but they have lousy customer service and never replied. I will start looking for another sandal brand.3Great shoes, great quality.I've worn Tevas for years. Some reviewers noted that these fall apart more quickly than older ones. I don't notice any material difference between these and any of my old pairs - in fact I think the foot bed is better so far. The straps also seem to be slightly better aligned for locking your feet in than my old similar pair. Reviewers have also noted that the strap pads facing inward bunch up and are uncomfortable. That's because they're as small as they can be and still be effective, so it doesn't take much force to roll them. If you loosen your top strap and point your toes when you put these on, it's not a problem. These ain't slippers that you can just cram your feet into. I think they work great for what they're designed to do.5DO NOT BUYTEVA really has declined. This replaced the same model that I've had for 10 years. Cheap construction. No arch . No heal cushion, Straps are skimpy. I sent them back. I guess I'm done with Teva.1Tevas are rugged, sturdy, and top qualityTeva men's sandals are rugged sandals, what I'd call real men's sandals, not wimpy thin fake leather and wimpy soles. They are built with good sturdy leather, more like an athletic shoe made for use, with a solid insole that you don't have to worry about soaking up with sweat and getting squishy, hate that. Over time they mold to the configuration of your feet as you wear them.This is my second pair of Tevas, and they are my brand forever...love wearing them. You pay a little more for them, but when you see them and get in them, you understand you are paying for quality, sturdiness, and longevity.5Very well made, and look great, but they rub my feet in certain areas, so they are a bit painful to wear until i break them in.These can be adjusted to fit because there are three adjustable areas of the sandal. They are also the heaviest sandals, at least when compared to my other three pairs of Crocs. The Crocs are the most comfortable, but the Teva sandal is very nice, and looks good on the foot. It also rubs a bit, so it takes a while to build up calus to not be so sore when taking them off. Is building callus something that we want to do? I've put on some sport socks when wearing them around the house, and that eliminates the rubbing. I don't know if this will break them in to the point that they will feel good without a sock. Only time will tell This is a very nice sandal , so your experience might be different, as far as the comfort level goes.4Very nice!I have to say, this is the most comfortable pair of sandals I have ever put on my feet. I will buy another pair, if these ones ever wear out. As I was reading some of these reviews, I can see that some of them have fallen apart. I think if you are fat, extremely overweight, with low self-esteem, not only will you have problems with these sandals, but other things in life. After about five months of wearing these, they feel exactly like the day I bought them. Absolutely amazing! So, two are you fat people out there giving bad reviews on these sandals, well, you can guess where you can go.5
