    Just as pictured and very lightweight.I know this is a "bridesmaid-style" robe, but I purchased it for the showers at college. I just needed something to cover me up between the showers and my dorm. I tried this on after a shower and it's not as see-through as I was worried about. It covers me up very well (I'm petite and 5'0") and I would be pretty confident walking down the hall in this. If you are worried about being able to see through this, I would just get a robe that is a bit thicker or wear a towel or underwear under this, but this honestly is pretty opaque. It would definitely work over clothes when getting ready for a wedding if that's what you're using it for and it's very well made with a nice waffle pattern. I'm very content with this purchase and would buy it again if need be.5Great buy.I LOVE this robe. Quality is great. I would definitely buy again. There's nothing worse than sweating a bunch right after taking a nice shower. This material is perfect for what I need. It's lightweight so it doesn't get you too hot. I like the sleeves also. When I got it I wasn't sure if I would like the shorter sleeves, but I love that they don't get in your way when brushing your teeth or putting on makeup. The length of the robe is perfect as well. I have been searching for several years for this style as I was given one many years ago and loved it. It's comfortable, attractive and well made. I got one in black and the color is rich and colorfast. I haven't washed it yet, but I anticipate no problems there. The only feature missing is an inside tie. That doesn't seem to be an issue as the robe stays closed and nothing slips out of place. It came in so many colors that I had a tough time deciding which color to pick. I had to get an XXL because XL was not available but the size chart was accurate. This one is a little large but not too much. It's a robe so who cares if it's a little loose.5Exactly what I was looking forIf you are a sz 12 or 14 woman this robe will fit perfectly. I am 5 5 sz 14 and sleeves finish just below elbow and length is midway between knee and thigh. Not too short, not too long. It overlaps about 8-9 in the front, which is just enough. I work in the clothing manuf industry....this is a well made robe and the fabric is soft right out of the bag. Doesn t get much softer after one wash but that s not a bad thing, still has a new look to it. Machine wash and tumble dry low was good and shrinkage is minimal, due to the 35% poly. Fabric is absorbent enough so that you can put it on straight out of the shower....the perfect Summer robe and exactly what I was needing.5
