This program has been designed and created by Sports Vision Optometrist Dr. Kenneth R. Winton. Dr. Winton is the founder and owner of Performance Vision, Inc. and specializes in working with athletes. The Vision Pro Training program is designed to challenge, improve and sharpen all the visual skills that athletes use during competition. We know athletes schedules are always busy. This program is designed to easily fit into and supplement your existing training regimen. These drills and exercises can easily be integrated into your core training or team scheduled training. In addition, we have included step by step videos to walk you through each exercise. It is definitely recommended to watch each video prior to each weeks drills. We want you to perform the drills properly to ensure the best results from the program. Also, the videos are always there for reference when needed. The program also includes log sheets for each week of the program so you can track your progress. Being a member of the Vision Pro team also grants you access to the Performance Vision website portal. When you purchase the program, you will be sent an email with a link to the instructional videos. The team portal provides further information on vision training, the ability to track your progress through the program and access to us if you have any questions. We want you to be successful so we will support you through the whole process.
