Highly recommended, especially for the price!My family has been using these wrist wraps for a while now, they are excellent and would highly recommend. We hand wash them because we don't know how well they'll hold up in a machine. We use them for crossfit, olympic lifting, power lifting, and general weight training. We've always been a family of weak wrist so these came in clutch!5Great for wrist supportI enjoy using these wrist wraps at the gym whenever I need a little extra stability in the wrists. When I'm doing any type of shoulder press or bench press type movement, I'll definitely use these to protect my wrists. They are easy to quickly wrap around the wrists to a "tightness" of your liking. They aren't super stiff like the powerlifting wrist wraps. The only downside is that they do tend to get a little smelly after several uses, so you'll want to hand wash them to get rid of the odor. 4Cheap/affordable but work great!I have been losing weight but still lifting heavy and noticed my wrists kept getting strained/hurt on bench press and DB presses and knew I finally needed to invest in some wrist wraps. I was being a little cheap so I didn't go with a more expensive brand and figured I'd give these a shot since they had good reviews and are very affordable. I have only used them for a few weeks now but they provide plenty of wrist support while allowing some flexibility. I even got someone else to buy a pair after he saw them at the gym. My lifts went up slightly due to not having any discomfort in my wrists during heavier sets so I am finally able to push myself on some exercises without worrying about hurting my wrists each time. This product is great and comes in a ton of colors. When this set wears out I will buy another set for sure! 5Do yourself a favor and buy them!These wraps made a world of difference on my push press and strict press. Both of those lifts were hard on my wrists, which was definitely my weak point in being able to increase the weight on the bar for both. These wraps gave my wrists just enough support without being too stiff and unyielding. My push press, strict press, thrusters, and bench press have all increased in weight since using the wraps, AND my form has improved. Highly recommended!!5Great for the priceI bought these mainly because I wanted to try out wrist wraps and didn't want to spend too much money at first. They are great for the price and are super supportive- I PR'd my overhead squat and squat snatch today while wearing them. On the other hand, they are SUPER bulky compared to other wrist wraps and kind of look strange on my wrists (I do have small wrists, they may be better sized for men). Overall, you can't beat the price, and they'd be great to try out before looking into more expensive wrist wraps. 4Love it!These wraps are comfortable, durable, and versatile. The wraps are easy to put on and off and I can make them as tight or loose as I like. Simply slide my thumbs through the thumb loops and wrap around my wrists with the stripes out until the Velcro panels match up.These are very comfortable and really help release some of the pressure from my wrists while I workout. I don't have to constantly adjust them because they grab on to my wrists just enough so that I am still flex and can comfortably move my hands around.I use my wraps not only for weight lifting but also for yoga. They help me lift more weight by giving me confidence & comfort while working out.They seem to be very durable with the materials made.I hope they can last me at least 12 monthsThe only complaint I have is that I wish they come in more lady-like colors such as pink and red. At the same time, they re not restrictive, so I can still wear them during burpees, push-ups, pull-ups, etc. They do get a little stinky if I don t air them out after a hot day, though. 5Seam at the thumb loop end digs into skinReturned this item because the seam at the thumb loop end dug into my wrist. Seam was thick and the thread was rough and scratchy. The whole point of this wrist wrap is to provide stability to your wrists so you have to wear it somewhat tight otherwise the purpose is defeated. I ended up getting the Wod Nation (a completely different brand) wraps which had the thumb loop ends wrapped in a soft elastic, making it much more comfortable. 2Worked for me.I had some tendinitis in my hand along my thumb line so my doctor recommended using some wrist wraps while lifting and riding my mountain bike. These ended up working out great. Good support and pretty comfortable. They even fit my skinny wrists OK. Definitely worth a look for the price if your having hand or wrist problems due to gripping bars. 4Using for Plank and PushupsNot for lifting for me. I got them for pushups and plank. My various cardio and yoga classes do lots of pushups and plank and I had hopes that these would relieve some of the wrist fatigue. They do indeed. I didn t think they did much, but they were well made so three stars is fair. 3Heavy duty straps for crossfit workouts.These straps are heavy duty and extremely durable.I used the straps for a week. My lifts included snatch, thrusters, jerk, powercleans and overhead squats.The velcro makes them easy to use and adjust. The dimensions are roughly 3x18 only includin the elastic portion.These straps are firmer than other straps I have used makint them great for snatch and overhead work. I was not comfortable using them for clean because they are too stiff for my front rack. If you are looking for a little support these are not for you.If you are looking for major support on heavy lifts, especially overhead work, these are EXACTLY what you need.Disclamer: this product was provided for free to review and evaluate during crossfit workouts.4I have to say these are great wraps, I've been using them pretty much daily ...My bag with all of my gear was stolen and my first priority was to replace my Romaleos so I told my wife I would skimp on some of the other gear.
