Perform a variety of exercises with the balance disc. This product is good for lower back, pelvic, and weight-shifting exercises. Can be used while sitting in a chair. The disc is commonly used to improve balance and reinforce posture. One side of the disc has longer protrusions which allow for better traction on carpet and slippery areas. It comes pre-inflated, but a pump is NOT included. It requires a standard ball pump (needle style). A needle attachment is included. The balance disc does not contain latex. Blue color.
